Everybody knows that the keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet. It lowers blood sugar and insulin levels, and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones.
Question is can eat pasta on the keto diet? Yes we can, just it has to be the right kind of pasta. Traditional pasta made from wheat flour which is not keto friendly, but there are so many keto pasta alternatives out there.
